Vinila Peddiboyina,
With over 18 years of clinical experience, Vinila Peddiboyina is a dedicated Physical Therapist committed to helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. She earned her Master's degree in Sports Physical Therapy from the prestigious Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), India, and has built her career on a foundation of lifelong learning and evidence-based practice.
After relocating to the United States, Vinila completed advanced training in Orthopedic Manual Therapy through the Virginia Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Institute (VOMPTI), where she further developed expertise in movement assessment, joint mechanics, and hands-on treatment techniques. She is currently pursuing specialized training in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy to provide comprehensive care for patients with pelvic health conditions. Throughout her career, Vinila has developed a treatment philosophy centered on finding the root cause of pain rather than simply treating symptoms. She believes the body functions as an interconnected system, and that lasting recovery comes from identifying and addressing the underlying dysfunction. By combining manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement analysis, and patient education, she creates individualized treatment plans that help patients recover, prevent future injuries, and return to the activities they enjoy. Whether helping athletes return to sport, guiding patients through post-surgical rehabilitation, treating orthopedic injuries, or addressing pelvic health concerns.
Vinila is passionate about empowering every patient to achieve their goals through compassionate, one-on-one care. As a wife and mother, Vinila understands the physical demands of balancing family, work, and daily life. This perspective allows her to connect with patients on a personal level and develop realistic treatment plans that fit their lifestyles. She believes healing is most successful when treatment is tailored to each person's unique goals, responsibilities, and everyday activities. Vinila's mission is simple: to help every patient move better, feel stronger, and live life without limitations.
