Patients are responsible for all charges not covered by their insurance, including co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and any services deemed non-covered. Payment is expected at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

Accounts with outstanding balances may be referred to a collections agency after reasonable attempts to collect payment have been made. Patients with unpaid balances may be asked to make payment arrangements before continuing treatment.
